Guidance, please

To ladies who were single or "seeing" someone (just not official/haven't been dating a long time) & became pregnant...how did you even begin to process how to tell them? & how long did you wait?

I've known for a week & it's driving me crazy. We're not serious but my feelings are there for him. I'm scared to tell him & I have never gone through this. I never thought I would be "single" & pregnant. This is a whole new ball game & I have no idea how to play...😞
