What do I do to help with Endo pain?

I'm 20 and have had my period for 7 years now, I've always had extremely bad cramps and heavy bleeding. I was recently "diagnosed" with IBS-d and was told I possibly had a cyst (my dr never looked into it at all). I've been on the birth control combination pill for 6 years now and it has kept my periods under control until recently. I started my period today and I can barely move, everything is hurting and the cramps make me want to sob and puke. I've taken Ibuprofen and Tylenol and neither have touched the pain of my cramps. What do I do? I'm sure I have Endometriosis as it runs in my family and I've had such terrible periods since they started.
