My mom received divorce papers today, does she sign or not?

Shes been waiting in his already, and he's already moved on and in a new relationship. She just wants this over with. I read a few bits and pieces of the papers and I told her not to sign. There are way too many typos. To me it should be a lot more professional. I also feel like he could use that to screw her over again. What do you think?
