Pregnancy after D&C

Hi ladies, I unfortunately miscarried and had a D&C on Feb 28th. Two weeks after my spouse and I felt we were ready and we had sex, I took a test to insure my hormone levels were down and the test was indeed neg. I had experienced my first period March 30th, and it was normal/heavy. For the past week, my nipples have been sore especially when touched. I took two test and they are very faintly positive. I’m going to retest in a few days or a week. Could I be pregnant again?
