I had my mid cycle us today and had one 23mm follicle on the left and one 16mm on right. Also confirmed ovulation is imminent with bloodwork and OPk. This is my 6th cycle on Letrozole so I'm used to it for the most part, but dang, my left ovary is just throbbing tonight.  Hoping and praying this cycle is it for us. After 18 months of trying I'm ready for a different set of physical changes!! ☺️
