What milk are you giving your baby after they’re done with breastfeeding/formula?

I never have cows milk, I’ve just never liked it. I think I’ll give my girl almond milk just cause I never buy cows milk. Just wondering what you’re all planning to do?

Unsweetened soy milk is the most appropriate non-dairy milk for little ones. Almond milk isn’t as nutritionally dense. Check out @vegan.kids.nutrition on Instagram - she offers lots of advice for replacing cow’s milk. 
We drink primarily oat and almond milks, and it’s fine as part of a recipe, but I’ll be getting my girl soy milk to drink once she’s ready.

She has a dairy allergy so I have no idea what is equivalent nutritionally t ok whole milk because while breastfeeding her I drink almond milk so idk 😐

your post is a saviour haha I just posted something similar in the “breastfeeding” section. I’ve been going back and forth. I’m lactose intolerant and only have lactose free anything in my home. I was wondering if I could give baby an alternative or even lactose free milk?
