I know this is negative but....

I’m new to ovulation test and right now I’m on one my last days of my period. I know this test is negative but my question is, if there’s 2 lines, does that mean eventually it will get darker ?? I have PCOS and have struggled to conceive so hoping these will help us do that. Is it a good sign that at least 2 lines came up? Or does that happen with every woman unless the test is faulty itself ?? I want to keep holding onto hope for a baby.
