Sugar test// HELP

Did anyone on here do the test and get super sick and dizzy after? I did it earlier and my sugar is still so high i feel so dizzy and sick like i need to throw up 1000 times. I had one sip left of the drink at the dr office and threw up so they want me to redo it next week but the way I’m feeling now is making me say no way. Is there anything else i could eat or drink besides that? I’ve heard of the jelly beans but has anyone done it???
