Trying to exercise
Guys I am struggling! I’m usually a super active person and love running and hitting the gym but this pregnancy is starting to wear me down. 1st trimester I was too sick to leave my bed and 2nd trimester I got feeling normal- so I started doing the elliptical and walks and some workout videos again.
Now I’m 27 weeks and sooo tired and feel like the exercises I was doing a couple weeks ago are too hard on my body now, besides walking. So most days I try to do a 5-6km walk but anything else feels too much. Is anyone else feeling like they’re slowing down? 😂 I’m trying to not feel guilty cause I’m lucky I can do walks it’s just weird not being able to do what’s been normal for me for years
