Go to the website, there is a help email where they can delete for you.

So sorry to hear that😞 I went through the same thing last year. 
If you want to keep the app, and just delete the group, when you are on the page that has all the tabs open at that top press and hold the tab. A new screen will pop up where you can delete certain pages.

Oh thanks for telling me how to delete. I still have my tab from Jan bumps which is from my miscarried pregnancy.
