Diaper free / Advice? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Question

So my daughter for the past 2 weeks when she poops comes to me and says “khhh” that means that she pooped 😂 she also brings her diaper so I can change her. My mom says that when I was at her age I was showing them that I wanted to pee and I was diaper free at almost 18 months. For me this is kind of insane? Isn’t too early? 
Is there anything that I can do with my daughter? Or should I leave it as it is and see what will happen with the time?

I would start putting her on her toilet everytime you go and right before bath time. Just to get her familiar and not afraid of it. She might shock you and start using it soon. Let us know how it goes🤞❤️

Mine will walk up to me, do a little squat, and push lol. I don’t think that means he’s ready to be potty trained though. 
The issue with potty training so early is there’s a big chance they will revert back to wetting and soiling their selves and will be even harder to train. Or you can potentially scare them from wanting anything to do with the potty lol. I’d just make sure they see you using the potty and wait a little longer.

Its great that she already gives you feedback that she does something. That means that she is not far from giving notice before hand. They mostly start to tell you that they already did their business in the diaper. My daughter was diaper free at around 18 months for the whole day (night diaper took a lot longer). I introduced the potty after wake up and after eating (main course) at 13-14 months. She mostly did her business. So try if she wants to sit and read a book or play with her a bit. She looks like she could understand it fast. And praise a lot if anything happens 😊.

I would get a potty and start familiarizing them with it. Maybe sit them on it with their clothes on, taking about it, just make her interested in it and then train her. My mom told me that I was potty trained at 18 months so it can be done. But early potty training doesn’t seem to be an American thing.

I would start introducing her and seeing if she wants to use it. Like Every country besides the US starts way earlier than we do and they have success with it. Your LO is showing signs that she understands and she may be wanting to try. Doesn’t mean she needs to be potty trained but this could at least be a thing where she no longer poops in her diaper, just pees!

I think of she's doing those kinds of things you could give it a go. I would just look up ways to start for this age. Good luck!
