When to start using ovulation sticks?

I had a chemical pregnancy this month (started bleeding today) and I'm planning to use opk's as I know that ovulation has been a bit all over the place (I had a mc at 10.5 weeks 2 months ago) 
If I started bleeding today, when should I start testing? Once I stop bleeding? Is there a certain cycle day you start at?

Answer

Start testing twice a day after your period ends. You dont want to use fmu with opks. I test at 1:30pm and 8:30pm. Once you test for an entire cycle and you know around when you ovulate you can start testing later in your cycle. I dont start testing until cycle day 10 and usually get my postive opk around day 15 or 16.
