Metal taste in mouth?

I was just laying in bed, and out of no where I started tasting metal like taste in my mouth. Has been going on a few minutes now. Anyone know why? Have you experienced this?

it's from an increase of iron in your diet. it's your prenatals most likely

I noticed the metallic taste this morning. I googled and it said hormones. I'm not sure though. I don't remember having it with my daughter.

Ugh I layed off my iron for this reason and nausea! I have only ate like one thing!
