So I posted a fun yoga picture on Instagram and my friend who is also into it comments “yesss you figured it out” implying that I’m a beginner and just learned. But she knows that I have known how to do it for a while. I did gymnastics for over a decade competing and doing very well, I could literally do a handstand since I was like 3. Kinda annoyed that she wanted me to look new, it embarrassed me. No one wants to be known as a newbie or like they needed guidance from a friend. She always seems to have comments for me compared to her other friends. Do you think it means anything, is it a sign of a toxic friendship?
