Help?

If my clearblue ovulation tests are saying I’m on high stage ( not quite peak) and my cervix is soft and wet and high but I’m not getting any discharge can I still get pregnant?

Just a little side note - I used to always get ovulation discharge until I started on Blackmore conceive well tablets and they kinda fucked everything up - bloating constipation & diahrea horrible stomach cramps and since I noticed I wasn’t getting discharge.
