Has this happen to anyone else??!

Okay so this started 13 days ago only when I wipe mind you never on a pad. This is so odd this has never happened to me. For the past 13 days when I used the restroom only when I wipe i would see blood. I just i was starting my period but nothing little bit of cramping here and there. But never when spotting or this would it last this long. What could this mean? I’m thinking about testing but when me just only when sipping nothing ever on a pad I don’t know if I should test. What do you all think?? Thank you in advance for any responses
