Implant removal

Hello,

I had my implant removed a month ago. But I'm getting confused... The opk test strips are showing the lines as getting darker each day (looking like I'm heading towards ovulation) then it will completely stop and look as of ovulation is nowhere near. This has happened 3 times this month. I've also not had a period yet.

How long did it take people to go back to normal? Did anyone actually ovulate in the first month? And when did you have your first period?
