Are these early pregnancy symptoms or just regular period symptoms ?

So I know every woman’s body is different but I was just curious to see if anyone else experiences this in their first few weeks of pregnancy. I have eczema so my skin is VERY dry, my face has also always been extremely dry so I always have to apply lotion but just today my face is suddenly oily which never happens even when I’m about to start my period. My next period is supposed to come in about 10 days so I’m not sure if some of these could just be period symptoms but I was curious to ask. I’ve been having more milky discharge than usual and I was having cramps in my lower stomach earlier. Almost like a sharp pain not normally the kind of cramps I get before a period. I don’t feel nauseous and my boobs feel fine. I’m also not tired during the day. Im also kinda moody. So I’m not sure what’s going on. Can anyone comment their earliest pregnancy symptoms they got to compare ? Thank you.
