Sleep Schedule

What do your sleep schedules look like for a 4 month old? Right now my daughter has no schedule and relies on nursing or sucking on my finger to sleep or nap (won’t take a paci). How did you transition your babe to be more independent? She will only nap in my arms right now too. I just feel like there is so much conflicting info on how I should just nurture her and let her take the lead vs setting a schedule and sticking to it. From the beginning, she had colic and issues feeding which is why I feel like she’s so resistant to being independent.
