Due to the virus the hospital I’m delivering at (I’m 39 weeks) is only allowing 1 support person & that person has to stay in hospital the whole time until baby & I are discharged or they won’t be allowed back in until it’s time to go home.

My husband & I have a 2 year old who was supposed to go stay with my sister while we were in hospital but she had to be tested yesterday for COVID-19. We’ll have the results by Monday but if my sister is positive there’s no way I’m allowing our 2 year old to stay there.

My sister is the only family within 1,500 miles. We have friends here but no one we trust enough to have our daughter for DAYS.

So it looks like she’ll go to a friends house until the baby is born & once baby is here hubby will go home until we’re discharged. I’m so nervous about staying in hospital by myself but it’s what has to be done. I was really hoping this virus shit would be over by the time I had the baby but.

-sigh- pray for my sister guys. I’m really hoping she doesn’t have it. She has 4 kids & they’ve all technically been exposed until further notice. :/
