Do/did you guys drink coffee while pregnant? I know caffeine isn’t good to drink if you drink a lot but is one small cup of coffee bad? For years I have woke up and drank a cup of coffee and I feel like I am about to go crazy without my coffee! Haha. Is it bad to drink coffee?

I drink one cup of coffee a day (morning time). No issues or problems from me doing it. You should be fine.

1 cup a day is fine, my doctor recommended I stop having caffeine but if I wanted to have some, just to stay extra hydrated. I believe the limit is 100mg a day?

I decided to give it up for 9 months but you can drink it! One cup a day. It’s completely a personal choice!

I drink half caf when not pregnant but both my pregnancies, i mixed a bag of half caf with a bag of decaf and drank as much as i wanted which was usually a full pot a day. Not going to lie. I love coffee though. Then when the first trimester exhaustion was over i switched to full decaf. 
 
Most doctors will say 12 ounces of full caffine spread out through the day is fine.
