So last week was conception week. My husband and I are trying to conceive. Are you supposed to get symptoms the next week after all the trying to conceive you did?

I have been getting this discharge that feels like stringy egg white thats kinda slippery. I am sure it is normal but I didn't know if it was part of pregnancy symptom.
