Hello everyone I'm 22 and ttc and I need advice

My name is Kristin I'm 22 yrs old and ttc. Me and my hunnie have been trying to have a baby for a couple months with no success. I started taking vilex and hopefully that will help. I don't know if I'm tracking my ovulation wrong or what. I have never tried for a baby before. I did have spotted bleeding about a week and a half ago and I don't know if that was a sign of ovulation. Any advice would be helpful thank you ladies in advance.
