Need advice

My last period was March 13th. I believed I ovulated around March 29 - April 3. I haven’t had any sore boobs but they do tingle on & off. I don’t have any cramps, just a lot of gas. My calendar says I am 1 day late for my AF. I took pregnancy test earlier this week & they was negative. Does that mean I am out this month?
