13 weeks & felt baby?

I swear I am feeling movement! But it's not front and center where my doctor tries to hear the heartbeat (havent heard the heartbeat yet) it's always on the left lower side. This is my second pregnancy but I don't remember where I first felt movement with our first! Is it possible this can actually be the baby moving already or is it something else?

Part of me thinks I'm trying to convince myself I am indeed still pregnant since we havent heard the heartbeat or had an ultrasound, so really wondering if it's my mind playing tricks or if it's really there.
