Classical C Section/Cerclage

Hello everyone. I'm currently 5w6d with my second pregnancy. My first I delivered at 25+2 weeks. It was a twin pregnancy and so now my OB says I may not be a candidate for a cerclage since IC is usually diagnosed with singletons. She also mentioned this time around I will be scheduled early due to the prior c section being a classical incision: A little nervous about potentially going through this pregnancy with no other help and the potential for rupture. Just looking if anyone had similar experiences. Thanks!
