Hi everyone, I’m new to the glow community and this is my first month tracking CM, still trying to figure it out. Today is CD 13 and my “fertile window” starts Saturday. At what point should I have egg white CM? Is it only right before you ovulate or at the beginning of the fertile window?

You might want to order some ovulation test as yes ok you can have fertile egg white cm any time during your fertile window but doesnt guarantee your ovulating or secondly you can also bbt but you need to do this day in day out from after your period
