Anterior placenta

Can you have a partial anterior placenta ?? My tech (not at the doctors) said it might be kind of hard for me to feel her in the middle of my stomach but that On the right my placenta was thicker. I’m not even sure if I have an anterior placenta but I’m going to ask at my 20 week scan. But could that mean it’s only partially in the front?? I feel like I’m definitely feeling her low in my belly. It kind of feels like something swimming around down there but faintly. Im almost 17 weeks. Ultrasound was done at 14 weeks.
