Pain in pelvic area

So I’m a FTM and this is my first pregnancy but I’ve been having some sharp pains in my pelvic area/ underwear line area. I’m not too sure what it is or if I should be worried about it. I only get them for a couple seconds then it goes but when I have them I can’t stretch out my stomach I have to like bend over because they hurt. I’ve also been having just a weird right feeling in my lower belly too nothing like cramps or anything more like discomfort and tenderness. Is this normal? Should I be concerned?
