She blocked me!

A good friend of mine that I’ve known since we were in high school (we are in our late 20’s now) blocked my contact. I’m married with children and she’s single. We had a good convo the Last time we spoke. We were supposed to go on a girls trip on my birthday. However I cancelled it due to the covid19. Couple of days after we spoke on the phone, I refund her contribution. I called to make sure she received the money but it went straight to voicemail. I said cool didn’t made a big deal out of it. She had also asked me to send her belated birthday present with her refund. But I sent her bday money few days later after I’ve sent her refund. I tried calling again after I sent her bday gift but it still went to voicemail. My intuition told me to call on block number. When I did, her phone rang and she even answer it but I hung up. I wonder what seems to be the problem. I don’t want to go out of my way and asked her. I don’t want her to think I’m stalking her. But it hurt for some reasons. Everyone that I call friends are treated as sisters in my book. But All these bring flashbacks of my childhood bestfriend whom cut me off with no warnings while we were on good term. Til now I’m not sure what sin I’ve committed towards her. Idk why females come in my life and drop me off like a hot potato. It really hurt.
