Sneaky sex

My boyfriend stays in an extended stay with his family when i come over we're in one bed and his mom is on the other.. is it rude to have sneaky sex while she's asleep? I feel like a damn teenager I'm 22 he's 28 I wanna say everybody goes through things but am i making excuses lol? We're saving money to get our own place because we spend so much money on motels. I still live with my parents and it's not comfortable for him to come spend the night
