Tongue tie?

My little boy is 2, he is delayed in his speech a little but still doing well. But had a really hard time with breast and even bottle feeding. He’s under a consultant at the hospital for unrelated reasons but she mentioned the way he speaks looks like he may have a tongue tie as his tongue goes to the side rather than up to speak but she didn’t look inside his mouth. Does this look like tongue tie to anyone? Sorry for the pics the best I could get 😂 Thanks! X
