Are you good with taking prenatals?

I would love to take them but I get nauseous and I forget to take them sometimes, so it’s pretty much never for me unfortunately.

Before pregnancy I was taking a medication everyday so i just replaced it with a prenatal so I’m on top of it. Thankfully, they don’t make me nauseous.

I have been sick a lot of my pregnancy but my trick with prenatals is to take them at night and with a glass of milk if possible to help coat the stomach. Hope you feel better soon! I've had all day sickness the majority of this pregnancy but it's eased to some extent now I'm only sick feeling when I eat. 🤷‍♀️ Small win but I'll take it 😂

I was told it’s most important during your 1st trimester. I’m not saying don’t take them but hopefully you took them at first!

I am well into the second trimester and still experiencing nausea and throwing up. I found that if I take my prenatals at night right before bed after dinner (so full tummy) it helps a lot with avoiding getting sick from them! I’ve also been taking a mix of vitamin b6 and unisom which have been a saving grace for getting sick!
