So my job originally offers 8 weeks maternity leave with 100% pay which is great. I have been out on medical leave/short term disability since June and I'm due November. So I've been home boreeedddd. But I am lucky to have a job still and still get paid. But now my job is offering an extra 6 weeks on top of that.! Paid too. I think that's great BUT I'm not sure if I should take it being that I've been out soooo long. I know it'll be great to spend time home with my baby and my 4year old. I'm just afraid that I won't want to go back lol I also don't want my daughter to get too used to me being home and then gone 11hour shifts again.. Should I take it.?
