Faint line 10 dpo and 13 dpo

So according to glow I’m 13dpo and my period is due tomorrow. I never reached peak on my opks so I’m not sure when or if I even ovulated this month. For the past week I’ve had very mild cramping, sore boobs, sore back. I tested on Wednesday and thought there was a vvvfl. I waited and tested again today and feel it looks very much the same. Am I just seeing things? Did anyone have this happen and go on to get a bfp? First pic from Wednesday, second from this morning.
