Concerned....Please Help If You Can!!!!!!

So I come in every second week of every month on a friday... Okay I have bad cramps but once I take my two pills an hour or two I'm good...So in Oct I came on a Saturday I thought that was wired... My cramps were soooo bad I could not take it I took a about six pills that day...They were not working till later around one am so what I'm wanting to know is ...Why did I change from coming on Friday every two weeks of every month till now on Saturdays and could I have had a miscarriage???
