Clear blue advanced digital ovulation

Has anyone gotten more than two days of a blinking smiley face and received good results ? Usually I've experienced two days than peak or one day and than peak? I'm confused so I continue testing ? Also we had sex the last two days I've had a blinking should I skip tonight in hopes to build up and peak will be tomorrow ? Advice please !
