advice needed

Hi I need to ask you ladys something please I have notice that my tummy hurts when lay down and earlier when my husband hugged me and I had this before when I was pregnant last time and lost the baby do you think it's any thing for me to worry about ? As I had it all this week since I ovulated and any of you lady's had this problem and went on and had a healthy baby? Please advice not just thumbs up as I don't know if I should be worried about it or it's normal
