Pupps Rash

Hello, I've been having a crazy itchy rash. Dr said its pupps and prescribed me a steroid cream with some pills. It works for a bit but then my itchiness starts all over it's crazy and I'm only allowed to use the cream twice a day and thin layer not all over the body. Does anyone have any home remedies or what helps with the itchiness? I read it doesnt go away until after you deliver. I still got 5 more weeks to go and I don't think i can handle it too long.
