Progress after a year
Since I had my baby girl in Aug 2018, my diet has been awful and had put on some weight. I looked at myself and couldn’t feel attractive anymore. Sometime in Mar 2019 i decided I needed to do something and get back on working out and better diet. However it didn’t get me anywhere and wasn’t making as much progress as I want.
I started intermittent fasting about few weeks ago and I started seeing the change. Here’s the progress..
