endometriosis pregnancy success? 💕

Is there anyone with endometriosis that have had success? if so are there any tips? 🧐

I have been to several specialist doctors over the years. They all have different opinions. Some say i will be able to conceive fine on my own, others say i should seek professional help, due to me having a low chance, which is expensive as hell & at this point idk what to believe. 24 & otherwise healthy!
