I feel like I’m dying

My ex now I guess and I broke up today. after 4 years of dating going through hell and back all for nothing. We got in a fight and I went and spent the night at my moms lastnight and he got drunk and cheated on me. I feel like I can’t breathe my heart is literally so fucking broken😭 he is begging for me back but I can’t. I don’t know what to do all my life plans I had are gone now I don’t feel anything but numb I don’t know how to cope with this someone please just fucking make it all go away 😭
