Gender Determination

Can it be accurate at 15 weeks +3 days ? My husband offered to take me to a 3D/ 4D ultrasound place since he gets paid today. I really don't want to spend money for nothing . anyone find out that early the same way and was it accurate for them ? I don't want to announce and for it to be wrong
