When you put your LO to bed, how long does it take for them to actually go to sleep on average?

What does your child do in bed before they go to sleep?
Babble or talk to themselves, play with a toy/comforter, run their hands along the bars of their crib/cot, play with their hands, roll around, etc.

Depends on how my sons wake up and nap times have gone, if his nap runs late to after 4pm then he’ll lay in bed for 20-30 mins clapping and chatting, but if he had his nap done by 2-30/3 or skipped all together, he’ll be passed out within 10 mins.

My LO plays with his hands, rolls around to get comfy and sometimes babbles or talks to himself. He usually falls asleep within 15 minutes but occasionally longer

My daughter plays with her stuffed animals for a like 5-10 minutes. Then she starts rolling around trying to find her sleeping position then she’s out.
