7 days late and negative hpt

After was due 10/30 I ovulated on 10/23. I have taken several test and all are negative I'm on cd 38. I have been taking femaprin (vitex+ b6) 3× a day and I was wondering if that could cause a negative hpt. Normally my cycles taking it is always regular. I'm experiencing heartburns, mild cramps in my uterus, fas, fatigue,dizziness, headaches, creamy cm, boobs are a little sore and nausea. Should I wait another week and test???
