Pregnancy Success with PCOS?

hello, I’m new to the group and I was just wondering if anyone had success stories they were willing to share. We started trying in February and got pregnant right away but turned out to be a blighted ovum. I’m not sure if that had anything to do with my PCOS or just a fluke. I was shocked and excited that we found ourselves pregnant right away only to be disappointed by miscarriage. We want to try again as soon and would love to hear happy stories, as I’m scared for this to happen again.

Still TTC, but these are things that have helped me improve my symptoms immensely, and I’m 99% sure the only reason I haven’t gotten pregnant yet has been the result of poor timing.

I also opted to purchase an Ava Bracelet after I found the preliminary results of their clinical trials with PCOS. The clinical trial is still ongoing, but so far the results are very promising, so I figured the potential benefits outweighed the risks.

I took a second test this morning hoping for a miracle and like the last one was negative. It broke my heart. I was discouraged, sad and angry at my own body, then I saw my daughter. Maybe I need this reminder as well. 
I was diagnosed with PCOS at 11. I consulted with three different Dr’s, two in Puerto Rico, one in Texas. I was told the same thing by them. BC was their treatment of choice for controlling it. If and when I was ready to have a baby it would take considerable time and medical intervention due to the severity of my case. 
I was a 100% sure it wasn’t going to happen for me. But of course, I desperately wanted children. 
I got married in November 2018. My husband knew about my condition and considering our chances we agree to start trying right away. We expected it to be a very long journey and in fact we had came up with a plan. We would try for a year, and if in that time we didn’t get pregnant, we would start the process of adopting a baby. Well, in January 2019 we found we were pregnant! 
I’m not going to lie, it was a very difficult pregnancy. I was sick for most of it (morning sickness never went away for me. I was puking right up to two hours before she was born). I bled a couple of times, end up in the ER twice. I needed attention around the clock which caused me to move with my mother in Texas (my husband and I live in Delaware), for a few weeks. Came back home only to be diagnosed with gestational diabetes. 
I could go on. It was a hard, long journey. (Also ridiculously expensive). But September 2019 I welcome my daughter into the world. She was perfect. She was healthy. She is my world. 
We are definitely having issues trying for number two. But every time I feel like loosing hope all I have to do is look at her. Miracles do happen. They can happen again.

I’ve had it severe for 15 years. 
I’ve got a 7 year old and I’m 23 weeks pregnant with my 4th pregnancy but second child. 
It took us 5 years and 7 years ttc both of them but we managed it naturally (I couldn’t take anything anyway or have ivf) . It can be done. It’s best to have the best diet you can , track your cycles with opks and bbt together and take normal vitamins x

I have a 3 year old, I got pregnant with him before being diagnosed with PCOS but it took quite a while. Currently 10 weeks with #2 and had to take fertility drugs this time to get pregnant. Praying you get a healthy baby soon!
