4dpo -cramping and backaches?

Hey ladies. I'm currently in day 4dpo and I'm feeling cramping and backaches. Have any of you felt this at 4dpo and found out later you were pregnant? Im praying for this to be a good sign 🙏

It’s honestly hard to tell as implantation/pregnancy and AF symptoms are the same. For me the month I got my BFP from what I can recall I was cramping more than usual for the full TWW. You’re still early though and implantation doesn’t usually occur until 8dpo which you’d possibly feel pregnancy symptoms after then. Fingers crossed for you 🥰🤞🏽
