They might be busy there so chase them up. Be kind though, if they’re busy they’ll probably be stressed too. :(

Mine took 5 working days and I called them on that fifth day and they had the results but hadn’t gotten to calling yet

Call once a day. I’m a medical secretary and it doesn’t bother us at all if people politely call to check if results are in yet. Just ask nicely. The secretary can’t tell you the results but can tell you if they are in yet and will let the doctor know you rang. A lot of times doctors are busy and prioritise bad news over good news.
