Your cycles are only 20 days long so it's normal to have your fertile window soon after period. It's why some have got pregnant when having sex on their period as sperm can survive 5 days.
Your period usually comes 13-14 days after you ovulate (luteal phase) so the time between your period and next ovulation (proliferative ohase) is the one that varies and controls how long your whole cycle is.
It's also why you have to wait two weeks after ovulation to take a pregnancy test no matter how long your cycles are.

I've been testing my ovulation and I ovulated around my last day of my period I was spotting and was ovulating because we didn't want to miss that window we had sex I came off a week in a half ago then I test today it says I'm ovulating and I took two different ovulation tests is that possible?

If you have really short cycles then it's more likely to be true. Also ovulation is technically the 2nd to last day on the green.
