Duplex kidney question !? Help please

Hi ladies, I had my 20 week scan today with my baby Boy and the doctor said she thinks she may have saw a small duplex on one of the kidneys. She also said it could be too early to tell & that the baby was super active so it was hard for her to get a super clear view. She told me not to worry but of course I can home and now I am worrying :( has anyone had any experience with this? Looking for prayers, and supportive advice ? Thank you so much mommas 💙♥️
